RVU - USWITCH

Problem statement
Uswitch remortgage product tables are intended to enable customers to determine the best remortgage option for them.

We have observed that our current product tables do not give customers all the information they need and are not presented in a way that helps them make a decision.

How might we improve the experience so that customers can make more confident remortgage decisions, and are more likely to get a successful outcome?

Goal
A newly defined comparison experience we can get qualitative feedback on, iterate on, to take forward into on on-site test.


Result
The newly presented UI increased the mortgage click through rate by 62% which drove a high click-rate through to the Uswitch website.
